Works at the Katherine Bruce Day Nursery included the removal of the existing play equipment, Astroturf & safety matting, existing concrete, razor-wire fencing & climbing plants.
Once these works were carried out we installed the new play surface in the play area, refixed planters, Astroturf, safety matting & playing equipment and various concrete repairs.
In the final phase of the project, we carried out external decorations to all timberwork, metalwork and play area walls.

WC Refurbishment, Access Self Storage Acton, London, W3
The existing toilet facilities are used by various office staff were upgraded to provide newer & fresher facilities.
Works involved changing the layout of existing layouts, creating new stud walls and rooms including a kitchenette.
Including new sanitaryware, flooring, wall tiles and complete re-decorations of interior walls & cubicles.

The project involved refurbishing the existing WC toilet to bring it up to a modern standard.
Works involved to completely remove the existing toilets and the refurbishment included new sanitaryware, floor tiles and complete re-decorations as per the client's specification.

Katherine Bruce Day Nursery, London, W10
Ancill Close, London W6
A collapsed drain under the communal gardens in a local authority housing complex required the complete removal of the existing underground drainage & inspection, trees, pathway and residents garden walls.
Works included rebuilding and alignment of the drains & inspection chamber. Upon completion of these works, we rebuilt the garden walls, paved the gardens and applied a new concrete pathway in the external communal area.

Works at St Mary Abbott Church in Kensington, London included the demolition of the existing boundary wall in the Church gardens & school playground.
The works involved the installation of a new fence adjacent to the school playground before moving the existing gravestones into new fixed positions and rebuilding of the 54m wall running adjacent to the school playground & church gardens.
Upon completion of the rebuilding works, a new fence was installed along the church gardens wall.

St Mary Abbott Church, London, W8
Holland Park Orangery Gallery, London, W11
The works at this historic building in West London included:
•carrying out minor restoration & brickwork repairs,
•repointing & cleaning to the external brickwork,
•repairs to concrete fillets,
•removal of vegetation and applications of defoliant and;
•clearing all of gutters to the main roof.

Oxford Gardens Primary School Roof, London, W10
Works to the main roof at the school involved the cleaning of all yard & drain gullies prior to works & upon completion of works.
The main roof works required an Asbestos Specialist to remove the existing roof tiles safely before the renewal works to the pitched roof could commence.
During the works, we renewed & redressed all lead flashings and installed new torch-on felt to create a waterproof layer to the roof.
Once the main works had been completed, we carried out minor external fabric repairs to the brickwork and carried out water tests to the existing drain gullies.

Works involved completely to replace existing flooring with a new non-slip vinyl flooring.
The works included the removal of the existing WC pan, melamine panels and existing vinyl flooring, fitting a new plywood sub-base and applying a coat of latex screeds ready forthe new flooring.
A new Polyflor ‘Polysafe Standard’ non-slip vinyl flooring was laid with the new WC pan & melamine panels re-fitted as per the client’s specification.

Access Self-Storage Wandsworth, SW18 (WC Refurbishment)
Works involved removal of existing sanitaryware and fittings, installation of new soil stack & connections to suit the new layout and contained within boxing in.
The refurbishment included new sanitaryware, water heater and wall tiles along with new non-slip flooring to meet the client’s specification.

North Sheen Cemetery Chapel, TW9 (Redecorcations & Window Replacement)
REDECORATIONS
The works at this Grade 2 listed building included the removal of furniture within the building & protection of the flooring before the works commenced.
We prepared all woodwork to ceiling, including exposed timber ceiling beams and timber framework to ceiling panelling before painting the ceiling grills and applied stain varnish to the chapel doors & frames.
REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
The client specification was to source double glazed units to be fitted in the following locations within the building in Chapel Toilet & Ante Room and these were to match the existing windows sets & architectural design of the building.

Holland Park Stableyard (Refubishment Works), London, W8
The client required works to the roof on one of the Grade 2 listed Stableyard Blocks (Block C) within Holland Park situated in West London.
The works included repairs & renewals of slates to the pitched slate roof, brickwork repairs & repointing, gutter repairs & renewal works and decorations to the entire block.
Project time: 8 weeks Date: July-August 2018
Our works to the external basement access ramp involved stripping out the fixtures, fittings & surfaces to existing ramp, installation of new drainage & gullies, large-scale concrete repairs ready to receive client-specified GRP sheeting, minor masonry repairs to brickwork, decorations to all railings & handrails and fitting new LED lighting.

Notting Hill Library (Basement Access Ramp), London, W11
Holland Park Greenhouse (Welfare Block & Offices Refurbishment), London, W11
The client required works to the existing Welfare Block and office areas inside the Greenhouse within Holland Park situated in West London.
The works included the complete damp-proofing to the external walls & floor area, construction of internal blockwork walls, adaptions to existing drainage runs, renewal of all existing sanitaryware to the mens & womens WCS, the installation of new disabled WC facilities, electrical upgrade, installation of LED lighting throughout and installation of new electrical heating.
Other works specified by the client’s specification included works to renew existing window frames, full internal decorations to all areas, fitting new flooring throughout and minor roof & gutter repairs.
Project time: 22 weeks Date: July-December 2018
